We have a massive vacuum-table flatbed printer that sprays UV-cured acrylic inks, programmed to perfectly match your original logo colors. Flat HD Print Graphics & Signage: this is typically done on metal, acrylic, or frosted acrylic, and can be a logo sign, wayfinding signage, mission statement, etc.Imagine a logo positive-cut from torched stainless steel and raised off of a reclaimed barn wood back panel with a byline negative-cut from it. Multi-Layer Logo Sign: this can be a combination of several materials (metal, plexi, reclaimed wood, polymetal, etc) and/or multiple sign styles for a beefier, architectural look.We then backlight the acrylic with LEDs, and the result is a stunning, intricate, and extremely durable sign. We make a negative cut of your logo in a metal panel, then we take a thick acrylic panel and use our router to make a 3D version of your logo, which then gets pressed through the back of the negative-cut metal panel, making the acrylic version of your logo protrude through the surface of the metal. Push-Thru Acrylic Sign: this is one of the newest techniques that we came up with, which is kind of like a combination of a negative & positive cut sign.We cut your logo/lettering out of a steel or acrylic panel, then take the loose pieces and either attach and raise them off of a back panel, or put mounting hardware on the back of each piece so you can hang them individually on your wall (referred to as "Floating Letters.") This option gives your signage attractive three-dimensional layering and drop-shadows. Positive Cut-Out Logo (aka Raised Cut): this is the inverse of the negative cut-out option.
We can either leave it open to show your wall through the void, or put a back panel behind it (in metal, painted colors, or printed to perfectly match your logo) to give it a layered shadow around the inner edges.
